Yorkshireterrier.pro offers its users the opportunity to contribute to the creation of a public, collective gallery of images and videos dedicated exclusively to the Yorkshire Terrier breed. Participation is subject to the following conditions, which must be accepted for any audiovisual content to be published.

2. Participation Requirements

• Minimum age: Only persons of legal age (18 years or older) may participate.

• Accepted content: Only photographs or videos featuring Yorkshire Terrier dogs will be accepted.

• Ownership of material: The participant must be the author or legitimate owner of the submitted content.

• Quality: Images and videos must have good resolution, be well focused, and free of distortions.

• Submission channel: Files must be sent via the contact form specifically provided for this purpose on Yorkshireterrier.pro.

3. Rights Assignment and Use of Material

By submitting the material, the participant:

• Agrees that the submitted photographs or videos may be published, edited, or distributed by Yorkshireterrier.pro on its website and social media indefinitely and without usage limits.

• Freely and indefinitely assigns all intellectual and industrial property rights derived from the material, including image rights, to Yorkshireterrier.pro, for promotional, advertising, or informational use.

• Understands that the publication of content is at Yorkshireterrier.pro’s sole discretion, which will decide the timing, place, manner, and frequency of use.

• Acknowledges that no individual response or justification will be given regarding content selection or rejection.

4. Prohibited Content

Photographs or videos including any of the following will not be accepted under any circumstances:

• Logos, trademarks, or commercial references.

• Image rights or intellectual property of third parties without authorization.

• Dates, times, or any other stamps embedded by the capture device.

• Blurry, low-quality, or digitally manipulated images.

• Overlaid reviews, texts, or signatures by the author.

• Montages, collages, or any digital alterations.

• Offensive or inappropriate content, or anything not related to the proposed theme.

• Any material deemed inappropriate or outside the scope of this initiative by Yorkshireterrier.pro.

5. Participant Warranties

By submitting material, the participant guarantees:

• To be the sole and legitimate author or rights holder of the submitted material.

• That the content is not plagiarized nor contains third-party parts.

• That it has not been digitally altered using editing software.

• That no third-party rights have been infringed.

6. Participation Limitations

Each user may participate only once, submitting a maximum of 5 photos and 5 videos per entry.

7. Modification and Adaptation of Material

Yorkshireterrier.pro reserves the right to remove, edit, or adapt any content received if it does not meet quality, format, or content requirements.

8. Personal Data Protection

Personal data collected during this process will be governed by the website’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Users may exercise their rights to access, rectify, delete, or object by writing to idealia.tecnologia@gmail.com and attaching a copy of their national ID or equivalent document.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For any disputes regarding the interpretation, application, or fulfillment of these participation conditions, all parties expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of Jaén, waiving any other jurisdiction.
